  Hiya! My name is Jamie (j-mee) and this is my personal journal. Because I'm living Japan, most of what I post will probably somehow relate to my life, work, or interests here. I'm the kind of person who can do a lot of things well, but isn't bowl-you-over-good at anything. My hobbies include taking walks, cooking, reading about fashion, lives, traveling, and sleeping. Right now I teach English to elementary/middle school students. My dream job is to become a translator, and in my free time I'm studying to pass the exams necessary to find beginner's work in the field.

Most of my entries are public, with very littled locked or filtered. I'm not sure if anything I have to say is very interesting, but if you'd like for me to add you to my FL please read the first entry and if you're down with it welcome aboard.
